It depends on the printer but usually you want it to be at 225-2250. If you don't do it right the picture won't fit on the paper.

Uncheck resample image and change resolution to 300. It should be 300 resolution for print. If not the picture will look bad or not fit the page

Open image in photoshop and then click on image re-size and then un-check the Re-sample image. It should be 300 on higher end pictures and on normal printers it should be around 225-250. If you dont change the resolution then the picture wont look right or it wont fit on the page

uncheck resample image and change number in resolution box. Resolutions should be 300 for print. If you do it wrong you will add pixel data to the image that wasn't there before.
